Thanks for making this available, It was a huge challenge to me and a lot of guys i've told about it.
Such a high standard, that we fall far short of, but one for which, I believe, every man ought to strive.

I'd like to second the above post.

This message had such a huge impact on my understanding of the role of elders and pastors in the church, that I decided to give a copy to every man in our church before we elect elders in a few weeks time.

Awesome stuff that is obviously impact the body throughout the world.
