Thousands of Christians leave the church due to unresolved conflict. 40% of pastors experience “serious conflict” at least once a month. 1,500 pastors quit every month due to conflict, burnout, or moral failure. When pastors were surveyed about what element was most lacking in seminary or bible college the most prominent answer was conflict management.
Peacemaker Ministries will be conducting a free overall training on conflict resolution geared towards Pastors and Church Leaders. This free seminar will help resource churches and pastors in the Pacific Northwest to build a culture of peace in their churches by applying the gospel to the relationships and conflicts of daily life. Peacemaker curriculum, in conjunction with CCEF, is the most resourced curriculum by the majority of Church Planting Networks. Join us at 6pm on Friday, January 16, 2009, at the Mars Hill Church Lake City Campus for a time of studying gospel-driven peacemaking.
