What are some examples of God's grace that you have seen in your life and/or the life of your church?

Christ has given me a burden for my neighborhood and the people of our suburb. In a place of affluence and comfort, people remain isolated and trapped in a cultural civil religion of sorts. I am more compelled than ever to proclaim the truth of Christ's life, death, and resurrection to a place where people assume Jesus or outright ignore him.

Our Church has seen the grace of God evidenced in many ways recently. One particular evidence stems from the relocation of some of our people to an under-served neighborhood in our city. These families have relocated with the intention of birthing a church plant in this area. God's grace has made known through the risk taking faith of these families.

How can we pray for you?

Pray that I would stay intimately connected to Christ, learning to trust more and more in his power and less and less in my own power. Pray that I would apply the Gospel daily to my own heart and life. Pray that I would pastor my family well.
