Planter Profile:
What were the biggest challenges you faced in planting your church (and/or currently facing)?
Paperwork, finding a building, leadership training...
How did you become involved with Acts 29? What have been the biggest benefits of being in the network?
Got connected with it through Mars Hill in Seattle and through the CB Northwest.
What advice do you have for men who are wrestling with the decision to plant?
Wrestle it out until it is confirmed. Do not run ahead of God. There are no perfect church planters or perfect churches. Please do not do this to increase your cool factor.
How do you pastor your family?
We are in God's word in the morning and at night. Teaching our kids how to Love Jesus and Love People.
How can we pray for you?
Please pray that God would give us and overwhelmingly fruitful harvest. That people's lives would be changed for eternity because of the ministry of Harvest Community Church.

Briefly describe your story of your call to plant a church
God used us in youth ministry for 12 years and during that time I was able to be around and a part of two successful church plants. When my wife and I sensed that God had a new challenge for us. We prayed, did our homework and prepared to launch.
An incredible, scary and wonderful experience in following Jesus.
What is your philosophy of community in your church and what does that look like practically in your church? Of evangelism?
We want everyone in a LifeGroup to Connect and Grow. This mission was never meant to be done alone.
What are some examples of God's grace that you have seen in your life and/or the life of your church?
God has already given us fruit in the lives of people who have been running away from God. He continues to bless us and meet our needs and bring people to the church.
