Mark Driscoll on Younger Leaders – Encouragements and Concerns

At the recent Acts 29 Boot Camp in Seattle, WA, I had the opportunity to sit down with Pastor Mark Driscoll of Mars Hill Church. I ask Mark about what encourages and concerns him about the younger generation of pastors and planters. With his usual candor and insight, Mark shares some helpful words that should cause us all to look within and ask “Where do I fall on the spectrum he describes?” and “What changes do I need to make to become more balanced?”

Dustin has been the Planter and Lead Pastor of Crossing Church since Crossing’s inception in 2005. Before planting Crossing, Dustin was a Teaching Pastor/Elder at Sojourn Community Church here in Louisville, KY. Dustin’s ministry history also includes extensive experience with youth and college students, several years of traveling speaking and leading worship around the United States as well as writing two independently published books and recording five music cds.
