A couple of years ago, I attended an Acts 29 Boot Camp in Dallas. Darrin Patrick spoke on leadership. His talk on leadership and character tremendously impacted my thinking not only about my own leadership, but also about the leadership I hoped to develop at my church. He rightly reminded me that my leadership in the church has a lot to do with my character. He said that leadership is reproduced, but so is character.
